1. Tajiri defeated Rey Mysterio by pinfall

This was a good opener featuring two of my favorite performers of this time period. I miss having Tajiri around.

2. Chris Benoit defeated A-Train by pinfall

This was the beginning of Benoit's push to the top and he really was at the peak of his WWE run here.

3. Zach Gowen defeated Matt Hardy by pinfall

Why job Matt Hardy? Hardy had the best character in all of WWE and they blew it. I would love to see V1 make a return.

4. The Bashams defeated APA by pinfall

Good God, were the Bashams terrible. No charisma, no look, no talent. Not a good combination.

5. Vince McMahon defeated Stephanie McMahon by submission

It's amazing to me how hot the crowd was for this match. It just goes to show you don't have to have two great wrestlers in there for something to work.

6. Kurt Angle defeated John Cena by submission

This was a really good, competitive match. Kurt Angle was the man and Cena was on his way to becoming a major player. Both guys looked good here and they put on a good show.

7. Big Show defeated Eddie Guerrero by pinfall to win the United States Championship

I just wasn't digging this match. Eddie was trying, but it just wasn't working.

8. Brock Lesnar defeated Undertaker by pinfall

I don't think this was nearly as good as their past pay-per-view matches. The pacing just wasn't as good and the storyline dragged it down a bit.

This was your definition of an okay show. There are a couple of good matches and a few duds. However, none of it is essential viewing and that of course drags it down a little. There have been many worse shows than this, but there are also a lot better ones as well.
