Bad Blood 2004

1. Chris Benoit + Edge defeated La Resistance by disqualification

This was a tad disappointing. Not that La Resistance are the Rockers or anything, but I figured this would be good. It seemed like there was a little too much stalling in this one.

Rating: 2.25 (out of 5)

2. Chris Jericho defeated Tyson Tomko by pinfall

Tomko was very green at this point and Jericho gave it a good effort. This was probably one of Tomko's best matches in the WWE.

Rating: 2

3. Randy Orton defeated Shelton Benjamin by pinfall

***Match Of The Night***

I went back and forth on this one and I think I liked this match the best on the card. The ending was hot and Shelton looked like a star. This was a good match between two young stars.

Rating: 3

4. Trish Stratus defeated Victoria, Lita, and Gail Kim to win the Women's Championship

This was a fun divas match that really put Trish over as a mega heel. It's too bad the divas today haven't put on a match like this in awhile.

Rating: 2

5. Eugene defeated Jonathan Coachman by pinfall

Before I re-watched the shows from this era, I completely forgot about the whole Coachman wrestling storyline. Why?

Rating: .25

6. Chris Benoit defeated Kane by pinfall

This was a pretty good match, but no one in the building thought Kane had a shot. Oh well, they tried.

Rating: 2.75

7. Triple H defeated Shawn Michaels by pinfall

These two guys went for the epic brawl to end their feud. What we got was a overly long match that would have been really good if it were cut down 15 minutes. Don't get me wrong, this is still good entertainment, but not nearly as good as it could have been.

Rating: 3

Well, this one was certainly a disappointment. I have only seen this one twice and it didn't get any better the second time around. There is some solid action, but you can't help but leave this one disappointed.
